Kayla Phillips

Hey guys! I’m Kayla Phillips, one of your leaders for Puerto Rico this summer. I grew up in West Texas and have great memories of my childhood there. I like to laugh and have fun and I think we should all learn how to love loudly! I love tea and don’t deny being a tea snob from time to time.  I’m addicted to hammocks. I seek out fun new experiences for the sake of “making a memory!”  I’ve been on staff with AIM for 4 years. I lived in Kenya for 2.5 years leading for the First Year Missionary teams. Last summer, I led an Ambassador trip to Swaziland and from time to time I have the opportunity to visit our teams in various countries. I now live in GA and work out of AIM’s headquarters here in Gainesville. I’m discovering that my job is to love and be loved by our Father. His love continues to floor me…He’s so good to me and daily pursues my heart…that’s my Dad! I’m continually amazed at the opportunities He places before me to experience more of Him. I’m excited to see what He’s doing in the lives of his people in Puerto Rico this summer!
