I really have always loved mission work and helping other people. I was really excited to go on a mission trip to Mexico with my youth group after my sister participated in the same trip and told me about her great experience. After this, I couldn’t wait to go on more trips and do more to help other people. Seeing real poverty opens your eyes to the rest of the world and makes you realize just how lucky you are; which compells you to go out and serve. Mission work always leaves me feeling like I have accomplished something worthwhile and made good use of the time and skills God has given me.
